Dear Parents/Guardian:

The information you provide will enable us to determine your eligibility for a reduction in camp fees. Kindly complete the enclosed scholarship form and return it to our office with your completed enrolment application form and a $750 deposit payable to Camp Moshava. No scholarship will be considered without a completed camper registration form and deposit for each child. Please note that this deposit is fully refundable if we do not reach an agreement on a scholarship for your child/ren.

Please include the following information with the scholarship application

1)      Your recent completed Income Tax Form.  (If you are Canadian) include a Notice of Assessment from Canada Revenue CRA.

2)      Financial statements (if you are self-employed). Those who are not self-employed may be subject to employment verification.

3)      Any other pertinent financial information

Without the appropriate documentation, we will not process you application.

The scholarship committee will not consider applications, if a family is in arrears from a previous camp season.

The scholarship committee meets monthly and will base the scholarship on the price of camp at the time the application was submitted.

All information will be kept confidential.
