Returning Campers- If you have been to Camp Moshava in the past years, you can request a pre-filled registration form from Etty in the office.

New Campers- Please print and then fax, email, mail or drop off your forms or click here to register online.
If you have already registered and want to pay your camp fees, you may pay through PayPal here. Please note there is a 2% surcharge for using a credit card.

Each camper requires a separate registration form that is to be completed only by his or her parent or guardian. All grades refer to current school grade.
Please note:
In order for a registration to be considered complete, references will be reviewed and all payments must be recieved.You will receive an email confirmation. You may call in a visa/mastercard number at 416-630-7578 or send a cheque to Camp Moshava. Confirmation of acceptance will be sent approximately 2 weeks after payment and registration form is received.
